The Challenges:
The hotel building would cover a total area of approximately 10500m2 and would have a total capacity of 150 luxurious Studio Bed Rooms. To conduct BIM architectural services for the hotel building was one of the biggest challenges for work.
- The client wanted model architecture, structure and MEP BIM fully functional model with coordination and clash check in short deadline of 6 weeks which was a challenge.
- Main challenge in this project was coordination of models and the Clash check.

- After using BIM tool in this project with 6 highly trained BIM modelers our BIM team worked on this project and gave result in 6 Week as per the client requirement.
